Julie Russell
I became a staff school governor shortly after joining Milton Primary as a Teaching Assistant in October 2007. My background is in mental health, education and training and, more recently, I have worked with young children including the areas of family support and special needs. I live in the village and both my children have attended the school.
As a governor, I hope to contribute to the work of the school in providing children with a positive experience of education. I believe every child has the right to be safe, to be valued for their individuality and to experience the widest range of learning opportunities available.
