School Agreement:
Purpose of this Agreement:
- To foster partnership between schools and parents
- To raise standards across all areas of school life
- To make expectations clear on all sides
The School - We will aim to:
- provide a quality education in which each child is valued as an individual
- provide a safe, stimulating and caring environment
- keep you informed about your child's progress and general school matters
- achieve high standards of behaviour through developing a sense of responsibility and building good relationships
- inform you at an early stage of any concerns we may have and be available to discuss any concerns you may have
- offer opportunities to get involved with class and school activities
- be welcoming and approachable
Parents - We/I will aim to:
- support the school in the standards it seeks to achieve by supporting school policies and rules
- see that my child arrives at school on time (8.55 am) and is collected on time (3.15 pm/3.20 pm)
- send my child to school dressed according to school guidelines and equipped with P.E. kit
- support the school in maintaining high standards of behaviour
- encourage my child with any work done at home and to bring homework back on time
- attend parents' meetings to discuss my child's progress
- let staff know of any concerns or problems that may affect my child's learning
